Family Suite has an entrance vestibule with twin bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom. The twin bedroom can also be set as a King size double bed and there is space for a rollaway bed or child cot within this room.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is possible on all rooms booked through reception up until 2pm the day before arrival. Where an agency is used you must cancel through the agency first and notify the hotel as soon as possible. Different agencies have different policies and our own cancellation policy is the most generous and flexible. Group Cancellation Policy is provided to each enquirer and varies according to time of year.
Child Policy
Children under 5 are free (cot is free or a fold out bed is £25 in Superior or Master Rooms only). Children 6 – 12 years sharing with adults are £20 BB. Extra Fold Out Bed for any adult 12yrs + is £25 BB in Superior or Master Rooms.

Pets: The hotel does accept pets, but please read the pet policy before staying, which can be found HERE.
Early check-in and late checkout: these are available on request from front desk but according to room demand. Both would usually attract a £25 charge.
Check-in is 2pm but 3pm on a SUNDAY.
Emergency Evacuation: You will be asked at reception if, in the event of an emergency, you require additional assistance to evacuate safely. Please give this consideration before your stay.
